Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is called the self-awareness yoga – it is the most powerful, transformative form of yoga.

Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system strengthens the nervous system and enables us to connect with our inner wisdom. 

Kundalini Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga, is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. This approach uses the support and safety of a chair to adapt yoga positions. Emphasis will be on breathing, balance, and finding your own pace.

Sound Healing Meditation

Sound healing meditation is based on the principles, that every living organism, thought and felling eminent a sound frequency. This includes our physical body, our thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Jenny/Sita Simran

is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, sound healer and energy healer based in Australia. My teaching style balances the profound and potent with light-hearted play. Through any means necessary, I support others in realising their inner brilliance, vitality and strength.

I have always had a deep passion for yoga, a born healer and spiritual junkie. The union of the mind, body, and soul has helped me throughout my life live in a more compassionate heart filled abundant way.

Kundalini Yoga has made and an enormous positive difference in my life and I love to share the many benefits that this wonderful technology has to offer. When not teaching Kundalini Yoga or sound healing meditations (or working), I enjoy reading books, chanting mantras and being in the garden. I am an ever-evolving spirit.

Everyone has their own personal reasons for practicing yoga, for joint issues, lower-back pain, depression, anxiety; or perhaps to increase strength, improve balance, coordination and flexibility. I sought yoga for a far deeper reason…to heal my soul, find purpose in my life and rediscover myself. If we engaged in a very intimate conversation, I would tell you that I sought yoga and meditation to save myself.
