Sound Healing Meditation
It is always wonderful to get to know your yoga teacher, sound practitioner or meditation teacher, to see if you have a connection and resonance. So, I have added some pictures to add some dimension. I teach Kundalini Yoga and have developed a passion for the gong. This has all come about through my own self-healing after a traumatic event. Kundalini Yoga has made and an enormous positive difference in my life and I love to share the many benefits that this wonderful technology has to offer. When not teaching Kundalini Yoga or sound healing meditations (or working), I enjoy reading books, chanting mantras and being in the garden. I am an ever-evolving spirit. Sat Nam
“I am dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of yoga and sound to the human body, mind and spirit. Vibrational alignment supports people in many ways, however what I have learnt is that until you relax you cannot hear the inner voice.”

Sita Simran - Teacher & Founder
Everyone has their own personal reasons for practicing yoga, for joint issues, lower-back pain, depression, anxiety; or perhaps to increase strength, improve balance, coordination and flexibility. I sought yoga for a far deeper reason…to heal my soul, find purpose in my life and rediscover myself. If we engaged in a very intimate conversation, I would tell you that I sought yoga and meditation to save myself.
