It is always wonderful to get to know your yoga teacher, sound work or meditation teacher, to see if you have a connection and resonance. So, I have added some pictures to add some dimension. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher taught by Yogi Bhajan and have developed a passion for the gong. This has all come about through my own self-healing after a traumatic event. Kundalini yoga has made and an enormous positive difference in my life and I love to share the many benefits that this wonderful technology has to offer. When not teaching Kundalini Yoga or sound healing meditations (or working), I enjoy reading books, chanting mantras and being in the garden. I am an ever-evolving spirit. Sat Nam

Everyone has their own personal reasons for practicing yoga, for joint issues, lower-back pain, depression, anxiety; or perhaps to increase strength, improve balance, coordination and flexibility. I sought yoga for a far deeper reason…to heal my soul, find purpose in my life and rediscover myself. If we engaged in a very intimate conversation, I would tell you that I sought yoga and meditation to save myself.
